About Us

We're BNC Quality Auto Body, and we've been an auto body shop here in Schaumburg, IL, since 1987. Family-owned and operated, we offer auto body repair, collision services, paintless dent repair, color matching, and much more. We have a limited lifetime warranty on our work. We support the community and do a lot of charity work locally. We're looking forward to growing our business to continue to serve Elgin, Bartlett, Hoffman Estates, Carol Stream, and surrounding areas. We'd like to personally invite you today to contact us for all your auto body needs. Saturdays are By Appointment Only.

If you want quality auto repairs done by experts in their craft, look no further. My first experience with BNC Quality Auto Body was via insurance. I was rear ended by a work truck. The driver wanted to give me $50 since “it was only a scratch.” I took my car to Cris and that “scratch” was not only on the surface, but the metal frame underneath was damaged along with other components in the trunk. When I picked up my car, he showed me the damaged parts he replaced and thoroughly explained the repairs to me. So when I recently cut a corner too quickly and damaged my side panel, I knew I was going to see Cris. Why? They don’t cut corners here. You are going to get a quality repair with quality parts done by quality people. If you’re looking for a quick surface fix, don’t bring your car here. If you’re looking for a quality inspection and assessment of your car, a quality repair backed by warranty/guarantee, come here and see Cris and Jennifer. They will take excellent care of you and keep you informed of the progress on your vehicle.

Cris Hinojisa and the BNC team are fantastic to work with. We were referred to them from our dealer for minor damage to a passenger door and instead of the $1000+ cost we were quoted for bodywork, we spent far less for Paintless Dent Repair since the damage wasn't as bad as thought. The communication before, during, and after the repair was timely and our car was ready as promised. I highly recommend BNC Quality Autobody!
