This isn’t short, but I have to give you context (so bear with me). Regardless of make, model or value, a car is personal for me. It isn’t just a means of transportation. It’s also a safe space for music, laughter with loved ones as well as a guarantor of independence. Naturally, you can imagine my annoyance and frustration when an unscrupulous person hit my PARKED car in a parking lot – leaving behind thousands of dollars in damages (HUGE dent). As a pretty decent driver (though no one’s perfect), I had never had any collisions, so I was pretty anxious about the path back to normalcy. My insurance company was spotty (understatement!) with its follow-up and support but Cris and Jennifer at BNC Quality Auto (recommended by the dealer) made everything less stressful, more transparent and were time-sensitive from beginning to end. They were upfront about what the steps would be and extremely candid, courteous and knowledgeable throughout the process. As the car was going to be in the body shop anyway, I figured it would be good to do additional esthetic tweaks like a buff and polish to get it refreshed, but Cris recommended I NOT do so as yet (you read that right) because he didn’t think it was necessary. How often do you see any body shop recommend you NOT spend additional money unnecessarily? Five stars are simply not enough for all they did. My car came back in flawless mint condition. I am grateful for everything they did and will only use them in my state. They didn’t just take care of my car. They quietly and efficiently took care of my peace of mind as well. You won’t regret entrusting your car to them.
