a Honda dealership recommended BNC. From the moment I met Chris I felt his compassion, experience, and a genuine nature. My father damaged the left front fender of the 2025 Honda cr-v I bought him (his car became unsafe to drive and I wanted to get him something new-no, we are not financially wealthy). chris is honest, reliable, and proficient. It is refreshing to work with someone who does what they say they will, deliver what and when they promise at an extremely fair price; more than fair. The work appears top notch - repairs look like new. I understand why and how Chris has earned the respect and endorsement of several large car dealerships. I highly recommend giving Chris and his staff at BNC an opportunity when in need of body repairs. Kudos to Jennifer as well. She, too, is kind, professional, and genuine. First of all I want to thank Chris for walking me through the entire process with my insurance company making the claim process painless.
Secondly Jennifer who works in the office was spectacular. Follow-up on the status of part availability and her tenacity with the dealership to obtain my backordered parts was amazing.
Lastly, my car was a wreck on the entire passenger side with only 4500 miles so it was brand new. I feared that I would have to accept the repairs as best they could. Well they far exceeded my expectations and the car looks as new as it was before the wreck.
